Summer Program

Enrollment

We have set March 1 as a deadline for registration for children currently or newly enrolled at UMS for the fall.  After that date, registration will be open to eligible children from the community, and space is filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

To enroll for the UMS Summer Program, please:
•  Read the Schedule and Fees document (no increase from last year!)
•  Fill out and return the Application**
•  Fill out and return the Registration Overview
•  Include the non-refundable registration fee of $25 per child (checks only)

Once we have received these forms, and the non-refundable registration fee of $25, we will send all future participants:
•  A copy of the Registration Overview you completed
•  Individual Registration Forms for the sessions for which you have registered
•  Summer Program Policies
•  Emergency Form

** The application is only for children new to UMS or those just joining for the summer.  Children must be fully immunized and provide us with current medical forms and proof of identity (e.g. passport or birth certificate) as stated in the Summer Program Policies you will receive upon registering.  Children currently enrolled at UMS have this information on file already and need not complete an application.
